In my rather pedestrian way I’ve explained what comprises the instrumental below. There are some other elements sprinkled throughout but I only had 17 syllables. If you’re new to this blog this is definitely not the first time I’ve been inspired by Sade or Maxwell so take the time to check out the others if you can.
Also, you have to have the Maxwell album to hear the part I sampled in “Pretty Wings” because it cuts off in the video and is rarely played on the air.
